2. Return Period

We offer a 7-day return period from the date of receipt, provided the package is unopened and approved in advance by Diamond Eye Group.

Lenses cannot be returned once the seal has been broken due to hygiene reasons.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which may vary depending on the location or governorate.

Returns must be arranged after prior approval from Diamond Eye Group.
4. Cancellations or Changes After Shipping

Any order that is cancelled or changed after shipment will be treated as a return and may incur shipping charges.

If a package cannot be received or picked up after three delivery attempts, the return may be subject to additional charges.
5. Replacement Due to Manufacturing Defects

The only reason for replacement of any colored contact lens product is a proven manufacturing defect.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced with the same product, identical power, and color.

No exceptions are allowed for replacements due to manufacturing defects.
6. Important Notes

We understand that purchasing a product without trying it can be difficult; therefore, we provide all available product information before purchase.

Any lenses with opened packaging cannot be exchanged or returned.
